UNESCO World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development

    Organised by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), this conference is a kick-off event for the new global framework Education for Sustainable Development: Towards Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals – ESD for 2030. The conference will be held on 17–19 May 2021.

    UNU-IAS will be contributing to a number of sessions as part of its Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) project:

    The conference is organised in cooperation with and generously supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany, and with the German Commission for UNESCO as an advisory partner.
