UNU-IAS researcher Evonne Yiu will deliver a keynote speech as part of the webinar COVID-19 Effects on Biodiversity: Science Education Reimagined on World Environment Day, 5 June 2020. Dr. Yiu’s presentation will focus on the topic “Biodiversity for One Health: Making Transformative Change through Education”.

Organised by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Secretariat
(SEAMEO Secretariat) and UNESCO, the webinar will explore the new solutions for protecting the environment that educators can adapt and adopt for the learners in the post COVID-19 era.

How to Participate

The webinar is free and open to the public. Participants are required to pre-register through the organisers’ website. Certificates will be provided to participants who register and attend the session on 5 June.
