Led by the Ministry of Environment, Government of Japan (MOEJ), UNU-IAS and the Global Environmental Outreach Centre (GEOC) will co-organise a gathering to exchange insights and know-how related to localisation practices of SDGs and discuss pathways for successfully achieving multiple SDGs simultaneously.
At the event, tangible SDGs localisation practices, which UNU-IAS Operating Unit Ishikawa/Kanazawa (OUIK) has been working on, and eight localisation model projects across Japan will be introduced.
