Since 2003, the United Nations University has been jointly organizing an annual series of public seminars with the Shibuya City Office. These seminars are intended to provide opportunities for lifelong learning to the residents of Shibuya as well as those who work and study in the ward. The 2014 seminars will be held on four Thursday evenings in July at UNU Headquarters. UNU Certificates of Completion will be awarded to participants who attend all four lectures, presented at the fourth session on 31 July.
The third lecture, on 24 July 2014, will be “Mental Health and Psychosocial Support after Disasters”, by Atsuro Tsutsumi, Research Fellow, UNU International Institute for Global Health.
Please note that this event will be held in Japanese only. No interpretation will be provided. The lecture is free and open to the public (subject to seating limitations), but advance registration is required.
