UNU-IAS Operating Unit Ishikawa/Kanazawa (OUIK) will be hosting its next SDGs Café # 14 on 13 October 2020 from 18:30 – 20:00. The theme for this event is “local production for local consumption” of energy. This event will consider the switch to renewable energy in the context of Kanazawa, or even more widely in the Hokuriku region, and the idea of “local production for local consumption” of energy in the region.

Guest Speakers for this event include Shinichiro Nagahara (Citizen’s Electric Power Company) and Akira Taniguchi (Ohisama Shimpo Energy).
