    Carbon Neutrality and the SDGs — A UNU Forum

    14th Focal Point Forum of the Nairobi Work Programme on Biodiversity and Climate Change Adaptation

    The Nairobi Work Programme (NWP)’s 14th Focal Point Forum will focus on biodiversity and climate change adaptation. This event will be held in collaboration with the NWP thematic expert groups on oceans, and biodiversity and adaptation (with focus on forests and grasslands).     The climate science and policy community needs the support of the film, arts and creative communication to tell the climate emergency story and inspire hope and action. UNU institutes and UN partners are joining forces with Oscar-award winner director Dirk Wilutzky and BAFTA-winning director and filmmaker Sarah Macdonald, to discuss new ways of communicating climate science and policy to reach more people. Shinobu Yume Yamaguchi (Director, UNU-IAS) will join the discussion as a speaker.
