Jyuri joined UNU-IAS in February 2021 as a Programme Assistant for the Innovation and Education Programme. Prior to joining UNU, she worked as an intern in a local NGO that designs and implements SDGs related workshops in collaboration with the private sector for youth in Japan. She holds a Master of Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master of International Peace Studies from the United Nations-mandated University for Peace as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Soka University.
